1 on 1 Sessions

Our 1 on 1 sessions are anywhere from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes long. The session is built around the players needs and typically focuses on their coordination, skills and real game situations. You can request something like a finishing session or a defensive session and we will build a plan based off of your requests. This is a great way for players to really focus and work on their weaknesses and improve their confidence on the field!

Small Group Sessions

Our small group sessions are typically (2-6 players) focused on technical ability, speed/agility, real game situations plus whatever is requested by the group. We will try to group you with players at the same level and are looking to work on similar aspects of the game. This is a great way for players to push themselves in a competitive setting!

Player Packages

If you are interested in training with us multiple times a week, we will work on a package price for you. This can be with either group sessions or 1 on 1 sessions. Fill out the form and we will help coordinate a schedule that works best for the player!

Coaches

All of our coaches are current or former college athletes from the area who are passionate about passing on their knowledge to the next generation. Our private sessions allow players to focus on their individual areas of improvement while also fostering meaningful mentorship between the player and coach. Each athlete is paired with a coach who best fits their needs. We’re excited to work with you and help build the next generation of players.
